Aircel, the fifth largest Telecom Operator in India, has launched 3 new On Net RateCutters for Kolkata and West Bengal Customers. The new On Net RateCutters provide on net calling at 1p/3sec and other local calling at 1p/2sec. The new On Net RateCutters are priced at Rs. 36, Rs. 85 and Rs. 125 and comes with validity of 30 days, 90 days and 180 days respectively.
