Nokia 208 Dual SIM, a 3G feature phone is ready to be launched in India as we have just now spotted the phone listed on Infibeam.com and Snapdeal.com. Announced in July this year along with Nokia 207 and Single SIM Nokia 208 as affordable 3G phone for the masses, it is expected to be the first among the 3 to be launched in India soon.
Featuring a 2.4 Inch QVGA Display, Nokia 208 Dual SIM as the name suggests comes with Nokia’s Easy Sway Dual SIM technology that lets you change SIM cards without switching off the phone or removing the back panel (battery).
The other major features of this phone are Bluetooth 3.0 with Slam sharing, micro USB, 3.5mm AV connector, AHJ headphone support, 256 MB flash, SD card support up to 32GB and 1020mAh battery. The operating system is Series 40 and Nokia 208 Dual SIM comes with 3.5G HSPA Internet support and Nokia Xpress Browser.
As per the announcement made in July by Nokia, Nokia 208 Dual SIM should be launched in 5 colors – red, cyan, yellow, white and black. Also there are no gaps between the keys which mean they are splash-proof and your keys can’t get gunked-up over use or let in spilled liquids.
