MTS India, the joint venture company between Sistema of Russia and Shyam Group of India has launched a new concept of Contract based System in India for the first time. Under the contract, MTS India is offering HTC Pulse handset almost free. You have to sign a contract with MTS for a period of minimum 12 months starting from Rs. 1000 per month. Also their is Credit Card options as well.
The HTC Pulse handset is an Android 2.1 based phone offering 3.1 Mbps Hi-Speed Internet Access. HTC Pulse has 81.2mm full touch screen. HTC Pulse has a 5MP camera with digital zoom, expandable memory upto 16GB and it is Wi-Fi enabled.
