MTNL has introduced 3 new Landline Plans for its customers in the capital city of Delhi. Among the newly launched 3 Plans, two Plans offer seamless connectivity on the MTNL Network, being All Calls made to MTNL Delhi & Mumbai (Mobile & Landline) Network would be free.
Along with this, you will get monthly call allowance for other network equal to your Monthly Rental. For eg, Plan Freedom 495 offer 500 Minutes of calling to other network along with MTNL Network calls absolutely FREE. The third plan comes with Monthly Rental of Rs. 250.

Apart from these, MTNL announced closure of as many as 14 Old Landline Plans starting from Plan 250 to Plan 2000. The new booking would not be allowed under these plans but the existing customers would continue to enjoy.
Also MTNL announced a flat NEW Pulse Rate for all calls in Delhi NCR Region, “Uniform pulse rate of 60 Seconds for N.C.R Codes in all Networks in NCR for all Landline Plans will be implemented. w.e.f 18.11.2011.”
