Lava launches eTab XTRON, packs 7 Inch IPS Display, Jelly Bean and more

Lava Mobile has announced the launch of its very first Android Jelly Bean tablet at an attractive price point of just Rs. 6,499, the Lava eTab XTRON. Lava eTab XTRON will directly compete with Acer Iconia B1 apart from many other budget tablets from Karbonn, Micromax, Intex, Zync etc.

Lava eTab XTRON would be Lava’s fourth tablet in the offering. Talking more about its specs, Lava eTab XTRON packs 7-inch IPS Multi Touchscreen with 1024×600 Pixels resolution, 1.5 Ghz Cortex A9 Dual Core with Mali-400 3D GPU, Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, 1GB RAM, 8 GB Internal Memory (5GB User Memory), 32 GB Expandable Storage Capacity via Micro SD card, 2 MP HD forward-facing Camera, 3500 mAh battery, Wi-Fi, Micro USB port and 3G connectivity via External Dongle.

If you compare the Lava eTab XTRON with Acer Iconia B1, you will find that Lava eTab XTRON is better in terms of Processor, RAM, Camera and battery but lacks Bluetooth and GPS.
