Update – 30th June, 2012 – Latest 3G Plans by BSNL – BSNL has reivsed its 3G Plans once again. Here are the complete details.
Original – Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to revise its 3G Data Packs across the country to make them even more affordable for its existing as well prospectie customers. Just like MTNL, BSNL too has reduced the price of of its 3G Data Packs for both prepaid & postpaid customers BUT there we are still waiting for the launch of Unlimited 3G Data pack by BSNL.
From May 1st, 2012 onwards, 1 GB of Data shall cost Rs. 300 which is one of the lowest in the industry. 2GB will come for Rs. 500, 5GB for Rs. 750, 10GB for 1100 etc & etc. These were the plans for prepaid customers.
For Postpaid customers, a new plan has been launched along with reduction in monthly rental of other existing plans. The new plan is basically for high internet user as it offer 30GB of 3G Data and its mothly rental has been fixed at Rs. 2500. In case of existing packs, the 1GB pack shall now be rented for Rs. 270 (plus tax) instead of Rs. 369 earlier & so on.
Further, the terms & conditions of all these packs will remain the same and he existing trial pack STV of Rs.121 and data STV of Rs.2500 will be withdrawn (from 1st May, 2012).
