How to Activate and use your World Calling Card
Step 1: Dial the access number 59777 and you would be asked to enter the account id
Step 2: Set language if the card is been used for the 1st time. 4 digit password setting for HARD CARDS is not required.
Step 3: Main Menu announcement.Press 1 to register your phone number for PINLESS dialing Press 2 to dial out a destination number Press 3 for other options Press 9 to speak to our customer care executive.
Step 4: Press 1 and your phone number will be registered for PINLESS dialing and would then be asked to dial out a destination number. (Or)
Press 2 and IVR will ask you to dial out the destination number. Or Press 3 for IVR Sub-menu playback, here you can listen to your balance, set FNF, Speed dial & Pinless numbers, also you can set your language again. Options like recharge or setting 4 digit password would be played back.
Step 5: After you dial out a number you would get an announcement for the number of remaining minutes you have, for the destination you are calling.
