LG has just announced the successor to the original LG Optimus G in Korea and it has been named LG Optimus G Pro. As per the official statement from the company, there is no information about its price and availability beyond South Korean border and even in South Korea but it is expected to at least hit shelves in Korea later this month.
Not much has been detailed in the Press Release but one thing is sure that it has 5.5 Inch FHD Display (supporting 1920×1080 pixels resolution) with a curved glass design that gives it a 2.5D effect. Also it has glittering back panel that we have already seen on the Nexus 4 and Optimus G.
Other features that are expected to be a part of this smart phone are:
- Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
- 1.7 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor
- 2 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage
- 13 MP Rear camera with 2 MP front facing camera
- 3,140 mAh battery
More details would come out clear when LG would showcase it at MWC 2013 later this month.
