Apple has today announced that the new iPad launched last month will land in India on April 27th along with many more countries worldwide. Starting April 20th, the new iPad shall hit the shelves in South Korea, Brunei, Croatia, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Malaysia, Panama, St Maarten, Uruguay and Venezuela & beginning Friday, April 27, the new iPad will be available in Colombia, Estonia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, South Africa and Thailand apart from India.

In India, the prices shall start from Rs. 30,500 for a Wi-Fi only 16GB model and extend upto Rs. 50,900 for a Wi-Fi & 4G 64 GB model.
