The famous budget Android smart phone targeted towards the youth is coming in CDMA avatar. Here we are talking about the Samsung Galaxy Y smart phone which is coming soon for CDMA customers as well, dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA. We have just now spotted it on Flipkart.com and done a small comparison with Galaxy Y GSM.

Talking about the specs, the Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA is coming with 600 MHz processor ( Galaxy Y GSM has 832 Mhz processor), Android 3.2 on board, Same screen size as Galaxy Y GSM i.e. 3 Inch QVGA TFT supporting 320 x 240 Pixels, 2MP Camera, 1200 mAh battery, Internal Memory of 140MB, Expandable memory support of up to 32GB, Wi-Fi & more. It will also support 3.1 Mbps EVDO Rev A. networks.

The price & availability of this new smartphone is still unknown but we’ll report it as soon as we get any information.

[Update] Flipkart has just updated the price of this smartphone, priced at Rs. 7490, this is equal to the price of Galaxy Y GSM.
