Reliance Communications had launched a new Special Tariff Voucher for its Prepaid GSM customers across India few days back.

Under the new STV All Reliance GSM customers can talk unlimited to other Local Reliance Numbers at the price of STV. The new STV starts from Rs. 195 and it extends to Rs. 399 (depending upon the circle). Also it also offers Free Minutes of Local calling to Other than Reliance Numbers (also depends upon the circle).
