MTNL, the State Owned Telecom PSU, has revised one of their existing plan, Vidhyarthi Plan, to offer more freebies and free minutes.

Now MTNL Delhi customers will get more talk time, more Video Call Minutes and Also more Data Usage without paying more. The other tariff for Local MTNL calling & Video Calls remains the same. The new Vidyarthi Plan has been implemented from 28/06/2011.
