With the new Special STD STV, the people of Jammu & Kashmir would be able to make All STD Calls @ 30/min. The new STV comes for Rs. 49 and has a tariff validity of 15 days. Also there is another existing STV priced at Rs. 26 that offers All Local & STD Calls @ 40p/min for 365 Days.
