Exclusive : BSNL to revise its famous Rs. 98 GPRS Packs from 1st October

As expected, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to reduce the Data on offer under its GPRS Packs starting from 01st October, 2012. We told you about these upcoming reductions around January this year only and now the it has finally happened. Starting 1st October, you would get just 1250MB Data under the Rs. 98 STV (Rs. 89 FMC for Postpaid customers) instead of 2GB that you get now.

The most popular 2G Data Pack priced at Rs. 98 would now offer just 1250MB instead of the 2GB. Almost all other operators offers just 1GB in the same price bracket, so BSNL has decided to reduce the FREE Data and yet offer more than them. Similarly, BSNL Postpaid users that used to enjoy 2GB Data under the Rs. 89 Monthly Pack would now get just 1250MB.

In case your need is more than the Data under the Rs. 98/Rs. 89 Pack, BSNL has come with a NEW Data Pack priced at Rs. 125 offering 2000MB for 30 days. For Postpaid user, it would offer the same amount of Data (2000MB) at Rs. 111 Monthly Rental (Tax Extra). Here are the Full Details of the Revised GPRS Packs:

All these changes would come into effect from 1st October, 2012 only.
