Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as we all know is going through a bad phase and in order to improve its profits, it has decided to revamp its Special Tariff Vouchers. BSNL has revised its Unlimited Calling Packs for its customers across India and has completely abolished the Unlimited STD Calling feature from the same.

BSNL Unlimited Calling Pack pricing remains the same but now customers would not be able to enjoy unlimited calling on STD BSNL numbers. Starting with a daily unlimited pack of Rs. 34 that used to offer Unlimited Local & STD Calling on BSNL Numbers across the country, would now offer just 80 Minutes Local & STD calling on any number for 1 day.

Effective 10th July, 2017 – BSNL has introduced 151 Plan offering 2GB data, BSNL to BSNL Unlimited Local & STD calls and 200 mins for other networks. You can read more at this page.

Similarly, Rs. 574 and Rs. 1494 packs that used to offer Unlimited STD Calling would now offer just Unlimited Local Calls with 500 Minutes Free Local & STD Calls and 1500 Minutes Free Local & STD calls to any operator across the country respectively. Also the validity of the packs has been reduced as much as 10%.

BSNL had introduced NIGHT Calling packs some time last year and now the same has also been revised. The popular Rs. 59 pack that used to offer Unlimited Local & STD Calls for 15 Days on BSNL Numbers would now offer just 800 Minutes Local & STD On-Net Night Minutes for 30 days. And since the unlimited feature has been removed, BSNL has introduced a new Night Calling Pack priced at Rs. 121 that offers 1800 Minutes Local & STD On-net Night Minutes for 30 days.
