Bharti Airtel announces tie ups with Gaana.com for Hello Tunes & Infibeam.com for selling Mobile Phones & Stuff

Airtel has today announced its customers across India can select & subscribe to Hello Tune via Gaana.com, India’s largest Online Music Streaming Service. Under this unique partnership, Airtel customers can set Hello Tune on their number by visiting Gaana.com and following a simple selection process.

From now on, you will see airtel logo on all your music streaming as well on the right side under the actions tab. By clicking it on the Airtel’s logo, it would ask for your number and thereafter a simple process follows.

The Hellp Tune Service comes at subscription charge of Rs 30 for 30 days in all circles (except Rs 36 for MP and Rs 35 for Karnataka) and the hello tune download charge for each tune is Rs 15 for 90 days.

The second major news is that Airtel has decided to open its own store for selling Mobile Phones, DTH Connections, Braodband, LTE connections and every other thing that airtel sells. In the last few months, we have seen many manufacturer selling their products with tie ups with different operator offering special benefits like 3G Data, SMSes, etc.

That might be the reason for this initiative as airtel has tied up with infibeam.com for their store. (http://shop.airtel.com/) But the prices as of now does not seem to be competitve enough and price play a major role while buying any product.
