[Original] After a successful rollout in Lucknow & Kanpur, Bharti Airtel today announced the launch of Airtel 3G services in the holy city, Varanasi & city of sangam, Allahabad in UP East. The holy city, Varanasi is one of the oldest living cities in the world, with a continuous history dating back 3,000 to 5,000 years. Today, it retains much of the alure of the ancient world. We would like to inform you that we have converted our Airtel 2G sim to 3 G for availabling the facility and internet facility but we found that there is no speed of 3G as advertising or told by the Customners. Our sites are opening very slowly. It is presumed that the 3G is not functioning properly. Please confirm.
It is also told by the customer care that we are providing the services through VODAFONE tie up hence you are getting the low speed.
Please confirm what is the fate of 3 G .
