Videocon Mobile Services has launched a new GPRS Pack for its customers in Punjab telecom circle. Videocon has one of the best GPRS Packs in Punjab as they offer UNLIMITED Data without any FUP (Fair Usage Policy). And now they have added another UNLIMITED Pack to its range taking the total no. of GPRS Packs in Punjab to Seven.

Priced economically at Rs. 26, this new Pack Offers Unlimited Data Usage for a period of 7 days. But in case you are not so heavy data user, you can opt for Rs. 22 Pack that offers 1GB Data for 7 Days.

The other Packs in the state starts from Rs. 5 and goes upto Rs. 251 for 6GB Data and 60 days validity. There is also a pack for Mild Internet users priced at Rs. 58 offering 2GB 1.25GB Data for 30 28 days. For Unlimited 2G Data for a month you can go for Rs. 96 Pack.

Update September, 2013 – The above mentioned pack has not been withdrawn and now Videocon offers just below mentioned 6 Data Packs. Also now there is no UNLIMITED GPRS/DATA Pack on offer and after the revision these packs by Videocon stands at par with GPRS packs from other operators in Punjab.

The other Good Player in Punjab Data Market for me is Tata Docomo as they have very good speed but no UNLIMITED Pack on offer. And these packs by Videocon do give Docomo a tough competition.
