After launching MTV Volt in February this year, Swipe Telecom and MTV have teamed up together to launch MTV Volt 1000. The upgraded version of the original VOLT has more RAM at 1GB, rest of the features remains the same and the price has been reduced marginally.

The MTV Volt 1000 comes with a 1 GHz dual core processor, runs on 4.1 Jelly Bean with 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage with microSD slot expandable upto 32 GB, has a battery of 2850 mAh, rear camera of 8 megapixel with LED flash and front camera of 1.3 megapixel for video calling and more. Other feature will be an inbuilt TV-player to play MTV. In terms of connectivity it will support WiFi, GPS and 3G.
