Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 aka Note 800 officially launched in India for Rs. 39,990

Samsung has today officially announced the launch of the Galaxy Note 10.1 aka Galaxy Note 800 in India for Rs. 39,990. The Galaxy Note 800 (10.1) India launch comes within a month of its announcement and just a fews days after the US launch. Orignally announced way back in MWC 2012, this device has recently got a small makeover and was relaunched.

Some of the improved specs over the original Note 10.1 announced at Mobile World Congress are 2GB RAM, 5MP Rear Camera and Bluetooth 4.0. Apart from these, Samsung Galaxy Note 800 (10.1) features 1.4 GHz Samsung Exynos 4 Quad Core Processor with a Mali 400MP Graphics Unit, 10.1 Inch WXGA LCD (1280×800) Capacitive Touch Display, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, Full HD Video Playback at 1080p, 16GB Internal Memory 7,000 mAh Battery, S Note and more.

Interestingly, the Indian version of the Galaxy Note 800 (10.1) has a SIM Card Slot that supports Voice calling as well as 3G Data.

Samsung already has a 10.1 Inch Tablet dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 selling in the markets for about Rs. 31,000 in both White & Silver colors as Note 10.1.

To conclude, Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Price in India is Rs. 39,990 and it would be available at your nearest retail store soon. One can also pre book the device at Samsung’s India eStore for just Rs. 2000.
