S Tel, the Apka Apna phone, has revised one of their existing First Recharge Coupon for its customers in Orissa Telecom Circle.

Now Orissa S Tel customers would get 400 Local On net SMS Free instead of 300 offered in the previous plan. Also along with Free SMS All Local Calls would be charged at 30p per min for a period of 6 months. This FRC is also available for Himachal Pradesh, Bihar & Jharkhand but with 300 SMS Limit.The Revised FRC 19
