Reliance Communications, the largest Dual Technology Telecom Operator of India, has launched two new Talk Local Packs for its customers in Kolkata & West Bengal.

Now R-CDMA customers across Kolkata & West Bengal would be able to make local calls at the rate of 30p per min for Minute customers & 1/2p per second for Second customers. The new Talk Local Plans offer Local 30p or 1/2p tariff for 365 days.
