MTNL revises its tariff for Broadband and VDSL Connections

MTNL has revised its tariff for Casual / Temporary Broadband and VDSL  Connections for its customers in Delhi. Temporary or Casual Broadband connections are for those who don’t want broadband as a regular option. Now, 512Kbps/ 1Mbps Causal connection would cost Rs. 1200 for a period of minimm 3 days and for any additional day Rs. 500 per day would pe charged. Likewise, 1Mbps/2Mbps Causal connection would cost Rs. 2000 for a period of minimm 3 days and for any additional day Rs. 800 per day would pe charged & 1Mbps/4Mbps Causal connection would cost Rs. 3500 for a period of minimm 3 days and for any additional day Rs. 1200 per day would pe charged.

Also, 10Mbps to 20Mbps download & upto 4Mbps upload speed Broadband Casual connection would cost Rs. 8000 for a minimum of 3 days. and for any additional day Rs. 3000 per day would be charged.

The Terms & Conditions are:

-All the payment will be taken in advance.
-Date of opening will be counted as day one.
-Activation time will be specified by the customer.
-Modem will be provided by MTNL in all cases and will be recovered after deactivation of connection.
-One recoverable telephone instrument will be provided with incoming facility only.
-Customer can make out going call by using VCC cards.
-Connection will be provided subject to technical feasibility and availability only.
-VDSL casual connection will be provided up to 1.5 Km loop distance.
-The scheme is w.e.f 25.04.2011.
