MTNL, the State owned Telecom PSU, has launched a new Special Tariff Vocuher for its customers in Delhi Circle.
The new STV offers all calls at a flat rate of 50p per minute be it Local, National or Even Roaming (on BSNL Network). Even the Local & National SMS would be charged at 50p per SMS and the Data Usage Charges has been fixed at 1p per 10 kb.

Terms & Conditions:
-Customer recharging with this coupon will get tariff as per this plan and his existing tariff will cease to be in effect.
-If a customer recharge with another tariff plan with in 365 days of activation then new plan will be applicable and Trump one for ALL plan will cease to be in effect.
-Trump One for ALL coupon comes with 1 year validity. After expiry of one year, customer can recharge with validity recharge available in market and continue to enjoy the tariff benefits else the benefit will cease to be in effect.
-This will be launched in Pyro first and then launch will be extended through paper coupon as well.
-Standard tariff applies to roaming while networks other than BSNL
-Standard tariff applies to ISD SMS and calling.
-Other terms and conditions will be as per One for All Plan. The scheme is implemented w.e.f. 23.5.11.
