Lava enters Quad Core processor wars, launches Xolo Q800

Lava Mobile has finally entered the so called Quad Core wars by launching its first quad core processor powered smart phone under the Xolo branding, the Lava XOLO Q800. Already available at for Rs. 12,499, Lava officially announced this smart phone at same price.

Lava Xolo Q800 packs 1.2 Ghz Quad Core processor, comes with Jelly Bean out of the box, 4.5 Inch qHD IPS Display, Dual Camera’s – Front 1.2 MP Camera and 8MP Rear shooter, 1GB RAM, 4GB Internal Storage, microSD card slot, 2100 mAh battery, Dual SIM support and standard connectivity features.

Apart from these, Lava Xolo Q800 comes with a YAMAHA 168 PA music system for an awesome musical experience. You can just shake your phone to change the song and Auto filter in music settings to filter the songs based on their size.

Lava Xolo Q800 will compete with Karbonn’s S1 Titanium and Micromax’s Canvas HD (both have Quad Core processors). Lava further announced that it will launch more wuad core phone under the QCore series in the coming months.
