Cheers Mobile has launched Cheers to Cheers Local calling packs for Mumbai & Delhi circle. Also they have launched SMS pack for Mumbai Circle. For Mumbai subscribers, Cheers Mobile to Cheers Mobile Local calling pack is priced at Rs. 26 which gives you 500 minutes of on-net calling and comes with 30 days validity. For Delhi subscribers, they have launched 2 Cheers Mobile to Cheers Mobile Local calling packs, one is priced at Rs. 16 which gives 200 on-net minutes and comes with a validity of 15 days & the other pack is priced at Rs. 33 which gives 550 on-net minutes and comes with a validity of 30 days.

Also Cheers Mobile has launched 3 SMS packs for its Mumbai subscribers starting from as low as Rs. 3 which gives 100 SMS(Local + National) for a day. The other packs are priced at Rs. 18 & Rs. 38 offering 800 & 2200 SMS respectively.
Cheers Mobile has also launched a dedicated VAS webpage, tough at this point in time they have not launched any interesting VAS, but they have starting giving Free Miss Call Alerts to all its subscribers when they are not reachable or if their phone is switched off.
