Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) offers a range of Special Tariff Vouchers (STV) for its customers across India. From SMS Packs, Rate Cutters, Free On Net Unlimited Local & STD calls, there are Special Tariff Vouchers for ISD Calls, Data STV, Combo packages that offer Reduced Calling Rate, Data & much more.
The lowest priced STV on BSNL’s network is Roaming STV @ Rs. 5 that offer Incoming calls Free & O/G Local/STD calls @ 1.5 p/sec. Interestingly, ALL SMS STV of BSNL works in roaming as well, it means you would be charged for SMS at home circle rates only in roaming also.
