BSNL launches NESAM Special offering Friends & Family Benefits

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of new Nesam Special Plan for its old & prospective customers in Tamil Nadu & Chennai circle. The new Spcial Nesam Plan is launched till 17 July, 2012 only & its a 2G only plan.

Priced at Rs. 49 (Rs. 20 for the SIM & Rs. 29 for the Plan Voucher), it offers 50 Free Minutes initially along with Special Benefits of Friends & Family reduced calling rate & SMS tariffs. It is being offered with 30 days validity & to continue enjoying these benefits, customers need to recharge with Rs. 29 Top Up.

All Local & STD Calls to any BSNL Number would be charged @ 1p/sec & all calls to other networks would cost 1.2p/sec. SMS charges would be 50p for local, 60p for national & Rs. 5 for ISD messages.

Now talking about Friends & Family benefits, one would get a choice of adding 5 local number (within TN) to its F&F, they could be of any network. Call charges on BSNL F&F numbers would be 20p/min & on other it would cost 40p/min. All STVs would be applicable with this plan except the STV22 & STV23.
