BSNL, the largest State owned Telecom Operator, has launched new Full Talk Time Offer for its customers across Tamil Nadu & Chennai circle.
Now BSNL customers in Tamil Nadu & Chennai circle would get Full Talk Time every time they recharge with Rs. 110 & aboce as BSNL has launched a special offer for 5 days till 15th July, 2011 to enable customer to enjoy Full Talk Time for every voucher priced at Rs. 110 & above.
BSNL New Full Talk Time Offer

| Applicable for | All TOP-UPs in Paper Vouchers of Value of Rs.110/- and above. New set of TUs from MRP Rs.100 to Rs.1100 in C-TOP-UP |
| Other conditions | 1. Wherever, the talk value offered with Top-up vouchers are more than the MRP of the Top-up vouchers, the higher talk value already available will prevail. 2. This offer is applicable for both Tamilnadu Circle and Chennai TD. |
-All the existing unsold paper RCVs are converted into TUs ( as per the rationalization of tariff) and Full Talk time offer is available for these paper TUs of MRP Rs. 110/- and above also.
-Due to technical reasons in IN, for some denominations of TUs, full talk value will be 1 paisa less than MRP.
-Note: As per IN Trichy, the paper voucher denominations of MRP Rs. 170 & Rs. 2200 are not available in TN circle and CH TD.
