BSNL brings new Self Care Web Portal for its customers

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), the largest state owned telecom company, has finally launched a New Selfcare Web portal for its customers. Now you can do much more with your BSNL Connection rather than just checking usage of your Broadband.

According to BSNL Karnataka’s website, the Self Care Web Portal shall go live from 23th April and you can do the following:

1. Activate and deactivate any add on services.
2. View last six months bills and STD/ISD/LOCAL details.
3. View broadband usage of current month (which yet not billed) and last six months.
4. Update mobile number getting various alerts related to your subscription.
