RIM announced the Socially Connected BlackBerry smartphone, the Curve 9320

As expected, BlackBerry has officially announced new Socially Connected smartphone, the BlackBerry Curve 9320. We had late last night reported that RIM is all prepared to launch the new Curve 9320 and now it has been officially unveiled today. The new BlackBerry Curve 9320 is a 3G smartphone having a 2.44 Inch Non Touch Display & more.

Powered by BlackBerry OS 7.1, it has a 3.2MP camera with a LED flash, Mobile Hotspot for Internet Sharing, 512MB of RAM on board, expandable memory support of upto 32GB, a dedicated BBM Key. FM Radio is also present allowing you to listen to your favorite tunes, the battery life is expected to give 7 hours of talk time. It comes pre-loaded with social apps like Facebook and Twitter and Social Feeds 2.0 allowing users to post updates to multiple social networks simultaneously getting updates from news sources, social apps and instant messaging apps all at a single place.

One important feature that has been added to this new smartphone is Parental Control feature that allows parents/gaurdians to restrict the access of some specific features, apps, & functions to their childern.

It is expected to be in India by June, 2012 and priced somewhere around Rs. 15,000.
