And for Punjab, the new STV priced at Rs. 28 offers All STD Calls at just 30p for a minute. This STV has a validity of 30 days. There are 2 more RateCutters for Punjab customers for STD – RateCutter 23 that offers 46 STD minutes + 46L/NSMS to JK, HP, Haryana, UP, Delhi, Bihar and RateCutter 145 that offers 275 STD Minutes. Both have a validity of 30 days.
