Aircel, the fifth largest Telecom Operator of India, has launched two new Per Second Postpaid Plans for its customers in Rajasthan. The two new Per Second Postpaid Plan comes with monthly rental of Rs. 149 and Rs. 299 respectively. All Local Calls rates are 1p/sec and All STD calls upto 30000 sec in a month are 1p/sec, after which they would be charged at 2p/sec. The freebies that comes with these plans are free minutes and free sms. In PPS 299 plan you get 500 Free minutes and in PPS 149 you get 200 Free Minutes per month.
