Now Aircel customers across Delhi & NCR region would be able to enjoy all Local calls at just 40p per Min. Aircel has introduced new Rate Cutter for both Per Min & Per Sec subscribers. Also the Local Aircel to Aircel calls would be charged at Rs. 10p.
