Now Aircel customers who have their loved ones in UP, Bihar or Gujarat would be able to call them at just 30p/min with the new STD Rate Cutter. The new STD Rate Cutter provides the special calling rate at Rs. 37 for 30 days. Also for customers who wish to call in other states have Rate Cutter priced at Rs. 54.
