Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) offers a range of Special Tariff Vouchers (STV) for its customers across India. From SMS Packs, Rate Cutters, Free On Net Unlmited Local & STD calls, there are Special Tariff Vouchers for ISD Calls, Data STV, Combo packages that offer Reduced Calling Rate, Data & much more.
The lowest priced STV on BSNL’s network is SMS STV @ Rs. 12 that offer all Local & STD SMS (On Net) at 0.5p/sms. Interestingly, ALL SMS STV of BSNL works in roaming as well, it means you would be charged for SMS at home circle rates only in roaming also. The other SMS STV are priced at Rs. 24, Rs. 31 & Rs 52 (w.e.f. 24th December, 2012)

Similarly BSNL offers Unlimited On Net Calling on its network starting at Rs. 30 Rs. 34 for a day pack. For an Unlimited Monthly Pack you would have to pay Rs. 500 Rs. 574. Tough other Telecom Operators also offers same packs but at higher prices.
